History of Chime Bell Farm:

The original tract of land, consisting of 86 ½ acres and known as Fox Hollow Farm, was purchased in September of 1987. This first section of land includes what is now known as Todd's Barn, the Bunk House, the Yearling Barn, and the Hunter Barn. Over the 5 years beginning in 1992, the additional parcels previously known as Cygnet Farm were purchased. 81 acres was purchased in July of 1992 with another 44 ½ acres in May 1996. At this point the operation included Jill's Barn, the Broodmare Barn, the small Brick House, and many rolling fields allowing for the design of the European Style Turf Gallop. The final acquisition of 5 ½ acres with the "Swan House" and barn was made in June of 1997.
